Hôtels.com m'a facturé plus cher que prévu. Je n'ai aucun moyen de les rejoindre car je ne trouve pas le numéro au Canada. L'hôtel eux me disent que je dois voir avec Hôtel.com car ils ne peuvent rien faire. Pour ce qui est du séjour, j'ai été assez déçu du Gaspésiana. Pour le prix c'est assez ordinaire. Les jupettes de lit toutes croches donnent un air assez délabré à la chambre. Le fait que je n'ai pas été facturé au bon prix n'améliore pas la satisfaction que j'ai de cet hôtel. Les hôteliers devraient pouvoir au moins nous donner un numéro pour rejoindre Hôtels.com. À la réception on m'a dit que oui ils avaient un numéro pour les rejoindre mais ne le donnaient pas aux clients et pourtant c'est grâce à eux si on réserve leurs chambres!!!

The town had only paid parking which was not convenient as the site is at the edge of town so a bit of a walk to some restaurants. There parking lot was small and overfull we ended up the first night having to park in the entrance way which was a concern.

The staff was super helpful and kind! When we arrived we noticed our room hadn't been cleaned yet, so they immediately offered to upgrade us to a better room with a seafront view, and the whole exchange process was handled very quickly. The room itself was the "Flavie" room, very charming decor and beautiful picture windows. Loved our stay 🙂 !

It was ok, but more like a motel feel. We were staying at river view standard room on first floor but not much to see… maybe 2nd floor would be better for the view. Hotel is next to the water but it was rainy day, so we didn’t have chance to walk around the hotel much. Cleaning can be improved. There were left over food in the fridge and beer can and crab shells next to the terrace window…
