Appartement conforme Ă  la description mais insalubre : sanitaires pleins de calcaire, grosses taches d’humiditĂ© ou d’infiltration (avec salpĂȘtre) Ă  diffĂ©rents endroits. Impossible d’utiliser le canapĂ© sur la terrasse car c’était le lieu de circulation des cafards (4 cm de long)Un matin, au rĂ©veil, une invasion d’asticots d’le long de la baie vitrĂ©e qui migraient dans tout l’appartement

Location par Abritel et en fait géré par une conciergerie. La conciergerie ne répondant qu'avec lenteur et à cÎté, qui promet de rappeler ce qu'elle ne fait jamais, malgré des relances multiples. Appt impersonnel, entretient minimal beaucoup de dysfonctionnements (chasse d'eau, commande climatisation, ampoules nues au plafonds, drap trop petit pour la literie, oreiller fatigués tachés...) le seul contact physique et sympathique que nous ayons eu a été avec la personne venant faire le ménage en fin de location.

Bonne literie, trĂšs belle vue, accĂšs et parking au top, par contre, l’extĂ©rieur a besoin d’un bon coup de neuf, j’ai envoyĂ© en photo au loueur de l’état des siĂšge extĂ©rieur dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter car trop abĂźmĂ©, nous n’avons eu aucune rĂ©ponse. C’est dommage car nous avons pris cette location par rapport Ă  cela..
