Overall rating of Beachfront Paradise is 9.8 out of 10. I like to leave details in the review that will help the next person decide if this rental is right for them or details not in the description. The house is on an unpaved single lane road, which I find very charming. The pictures are a true representation. The house is newly remodeled and very clean upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and water pressure is great. Bring your Kayaks or paddle boards because the water is 60 feet away. The dock is nice but also loved by the local birds. For a bird watcher like me this was fantastic and they will fly away when you approach, but if you want to use the dock you would need to clean the droppings, there is a water hose on the dock, but you will need a scrub brush to clean. Coffin Point beach is nice and easy to walk on but several oyster beds so not ideal for swimming but Hunting Island State Park is only a few miles away.The only negatives I have are very minor. There are no lights on the deck, bring a flashlight to use the back stairs. There were no instructions for the property, for example there is a hot tub on the deck but not sure if guest could use or when is trash day. Overall great rental and will come back. Thank you for making it pet friendly.
