Lovely comfortable house

A group of 6 spent 3 nights in this home. Carole met us and showed us everything about the home and grounds., using google translste at times. She was very helpful. Knfirmstion about the area, things to do, restaurants and so on was made available beforehand with more detailed info at the home. Very comfortable outdoir space.

Super villa in St. Francois

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The garden is phenomenal, very well kept and clean and large. It's a joy to stay there. The house inside is great, lots of space and all the amenities one needs. Pool is also great, very clean. The villa is in a perfect location in St. Francois. Quiet and secure area, yet close to shops, restaurants, beaches. Owner contact was also great. A definite recommendation. I would look no further for a stay in this area.

Magnifique SĂ©jour

Villa trÚs propre, idéalement située à Saint François. Le jardin est magnifique et bien arboré ce qui donne un aspect paisible lorsqu'on se prélasse au bord de la piscine. La villa est trÚs bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. La communication avec Mme Briand et Carole est parfaite, merci pour les petites attentions. Vous trouverez dans la villa pleins d'informations pour votre séjour, tout est fait pour que vous puissiez profitez au maximum de vos vacances. Le seul petit inconvénient pour nous était la literie qui était ferme, mais ça reste notre avis personnel et dépend des goûts de chacun. Pour tout le reste, je recommande fortement cette location, une petite pépite pour bien profiter de vos vacances.

Une villa magnifique

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour exceptionnel, du dĂ©but Ă  la fin. La villa est idĂ©alement situĂ©e. L’accueil de Carole est Ă  saluer, toujours disponible, souriante et comprĂ©hensive. C’est un havre de paix, le jardin arborĂ© subjugue, la dĂ©coration intĂ©rieure typique et de trĂšs bon goĂ»t, nous rappelle bien que nous sommes en vacances. La prolongation de notre sĂ©jour s’est faite en toute simplicitĂ©, un grand merci a Georgette! Nous y reviendront Ă  coup sĂ»r.

Des espaces de convivialité fort apprécié

Pour un sĂ©jour entre amis, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les espaces de convivialitĂ©: terrasse, piscine, salon extĂ©rieur... La villa est bien situĂ©e et proche des commoditĂ©s. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Quelques points pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s: surmatelas pour la chambre du haut (en configuration 2 lits) et le lit de 140cm, une utilisation plus dimple du tĂ©lĂ©viseur de la chambre donnant sur l'extĂ©rieur. Nous avons toutefois passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette villa.

Une maison agréable avec de trÚs beaux extérieurs

Belle expĂ©rience dans cette maison. Cette maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e dans Saint François, les extĂ©rieurs (jardin, terrasse, piscine) sont vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©ables et soignĂ©s. L’intĂ©rieur est fonctionnel et propre mĂȘme si la dĂ©coration pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable grĂące Ă  ses nombreuses salles de bains et sa cuisine. La communication avec l’hĂŽte et la personne sur place s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©e. Je recommande cet endroit pour dĂ©couvrir les trĂ©sors de la Guadeloupe.

Sans hĂ©sitation choisissez la maison de Georgette qui pense Ă  tout pour votre accueil, confort dans un lieu paisible. Cette maison est facile Ă  vivre mĂȘme Ă  plusieurs avec des parties communes mais aussi chaque membre aura son intimitĂ© avec une chambre et salle de bain attenante. La maison est grande et bien organisĂ©e, le jardin est aussi vaste, dans un quartier residentiel oĂč tout est Ă  portĂ©e. La piscine est entourĂ©e de verdure avec terrasse bois oĂč sont disposĂ©s transat et parasol. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix et referons confiance Ă  Carole (concierge des lieux) et Georgette la proprietaire.

Un superbe accueil de Madame Briand depuis la mĂ©tropole et un superbe accueil de Pamela en Guadeloupe. La maison est largement conforme au descriptif et commentaires Ă©logieux dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©sents. Farniente et décontraction dans une superbe maison

Merci Ă  Me Briand pour son accueil chaleureux et son souci de notre bien ĂȘtre dans sa propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment dans cette maison avec tout le confort et une trĂšs jolie dĂ©coration. La piscine est au milieu d’un trĂšs beau jardin et permet de profiter du temps clement local. La maison est situĂ©e dans un endroit calme et permet un accĂšs facile au centre et Ă  la plage de la coulĂ©e. Me Briand nous a laissĂ© toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires pour profiter des meilleurs produits locaux. A recommander les yeux fermĂ©s.

Een fantastische ervaring in een geweldige villa

Deze villa was van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron wasmachine nespresso apparaat, airco, goedwerkende WIFI en televisies in alle kamers. De villa is gelegen in een fantastische tuin met palmbomen, bananenplanten bloemen en met zwembad. Het zwembad was licht zout. Geen bezwaar want daardoor is er veel minder chloor nodig. Het ontvangst door Carole was erg warm en we werden verrast met een schaal vers fruit en natuurlijk een flesje rum. In de tuin hing een grote tros bananen te rijpen van de eigen bananenplanten die na een paar dagen heerlijk waren. Ook waren er genoeg ligbedden en parasols voor iedereen. Mede door deze villa is onze vakantie in Guadeloupe geweldig geweest. Het tussentijdse contact met Georgette via de mail en Carole was erg goed. De winkels en restaurants waren goed bereikbaar maar een auto is zeker aan te raden. Het enige jammere dit jaar was soms de sargasse. Dit zijn algen die uit BraziliĂ« komen en op de stranden aanspoelen. Het zijn kleine plantjes die uiteindelijk gaan rotten en een zeer penetrante geur verspreiden. Dit is niet overal zo. Het zorgt er wel voor dat bepaalde stranden door deze lucht niet worden bezocht. Tijdens een boottocht naar Petite Terre (moet je zeker doen) werd mij wel verteld dat niet elk jaar deze sargasse aanspoelt. Een aanrader was ook het restaurant ‘La Salsa’ in de jachthaven. Erg lekker gegeten voor een redelijke prijs en een snelle vriendelijke service. Guadeloupe ligt qua prijsstelling ongeveer gelijk aan Nederland. Wij (een groep van 5 volwassenen) waren voor diner tussen de 100 en 200 euro incl. drinken en dessert kwijt. Soms zijn de prijzen in de supermarkt wat hoger (het is een eiland waar veel geĂŻmporteerd moet worden) en soms wat lager. Wat een groot voordeel van Guadeloupe is dat het deel uitmaakt van Frankrijk en dus ook de EU. Hierdoor waren de tarieven voor telefoon en internet gelijk aan die van Nederland. Daarnaast betaal je gewoon met de Euro. Georgette ik wil je nogmaals hartelijk bedanken voor het mogen verblijven in je prachtige villa. Marcel en Gonny

Une petite merveille

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours superbes dans la villa Mango. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli le soir par Carole trĂšs disponible pdt tout le sĂ©jour. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute de ses locataires et prend de nos nouvelles durant le sĂ©jour par mail. TrĂšs beau jardin bien entretenu qui aspire le calme et le repos. La villa est trĂšs fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la terrasse couverte trĂšs agrĂ©able avec ses canapĂ©s et fauteuils ainsi que cette grande table pour les repas abritĂ©s du soleil. Sur les hauteurs de St François, on bĂ©nĂ©ficie des alizĂ©s qui vous empĂȘchent d'avoir trop chaud, proche du centre Ă  pied environ 10/15 mn. Merci aux propriĂ©taires pour le relationnel avant, pendant et aprĂšs le sĂ©jour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s.

Le meilleur endroit pour passer vos vacances en Guadeloupe

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la villa pour la seconde fois. Les points forts de la villa sont les suivants: - fonctionnelle, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre - WIFI super performant - Chambres climatisĂ©es (attention Ă  ne pas trop en abuser car sinon vous ĂȘtes malades) - TrĂšs beau jardin sans vis-Ă -vis et agrĂ©able piscine - Quartier calme et sĂ»r - Proche des plages et de Saint-François (Grande Terre est gĂ©nĂ©ralement plus ensoleillĂ© que Basse Terre) - Si vous aimez les colibris, ils viennent boire Ă  la fontaine et le spectacle est merveilleux. Bref, nous y retournerons une troisiĂšme fois sans hĂ©siter. Merci aussi enfin Ă  la propriĂ©taire pour ses mails de bienvenue, pour son guide pratique (en français et anglais) trĂšs utile et pour les guides touristiques Ă  disposition dans la maison. RĂ©servez sans hĂ©siter et profitez ;-)
