With our family Villa of colonial type on a closed ground of 3000 m2 you will have from the alarm clock a breathtaking and unique view on the point of castles and Marie Galante and on our magnificent blue expanse. A pleasant and very spacious red wooden character mezzanine, a perfect cocoon respecting the architecture of the typical "Bitasyon". In addition, go to the Raisins Clairs beach in 5 minutes.
Our villa is equipped with a tank which allows a great autonomy in case of water cuts.
Located 2 minutes from the beach of clear grapes, a shopping mall and a tennis complex it is a peaceful villa with a swimming pool with a panoramic view where you will retreat to the greatest of calm. Whether it is around the swimming pool, in the garden or simply on the terrace, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Saint-Franciscaine bay, Marie-Galante and Désirade.
Our colonial-style villa is full of character and unique charm. It is a cocoon dear to my heart that I strive to make as pleasant as possible for you so that you can spend magical moments with us. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea every morning when you wake up and every moment of the day. It is a peaceful and quiet place where you will have all the privacy you will need. Be in a refuge where you will bathe in a salt swimming pool renovated in July 2019, where you will lie down in a huge garden of almost 2000 m2.
The villa has a very airy patio with a hammock and a plancha ideal for a good barbecue. A large terrace with a beautiful table ideal for sharing good times and an outdoor lounge. The ground floor has a bright and colorful living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as 3 double bedrooms with their private bathroom. One of the advantages of this house is a sublime spacious and bright red wooden mezzanine offering an incomparable and panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings. This fully air-conditioned Mahogany room can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 single beds and 1 double bed), it has a double sink and a toilet.

Collaborating with a local cook, you will be able to enjoy local cuisine on order directly at home
