Property is not 26km from Sorel Tracy as indicated, it is 26km from the ferry to Sorel Tracy. After travelling an hour out of our way to get there, our reserved room was sold to someone else. There were no rooms left and no refund was offered.

Bon choix pour un motel 1 étoile

La chambre pour le prix est très correct et propre. J'ai déjà vu des 2 et trois étoiles pire que cela. Si j'aurais vous un 5 étoiles j'aurais payé pour. J'avais la chambre numéro 16. Bien accueillis a la réception. Monsieur très gentils. Sauf que l'odeur à l'accueil laisse à désirer. Le besoin de corriger cette lacune est importante.

The hotel (motel) wasn't very good quality for the price paid. There was no toilet roll holder, the A/C fan was too noisy to allow sleep, the towels were threadbare and too small for bath towels, and the little packets of shampoo weren't replenished every day. Also the walls were so thin that I could hear things happening next door.

Mauvaise surprise!

Il y avait des travaux directement à côté de la chambre et c'était très bruyant .impossible de changer de chambre et impossible d'annuler le jour même sans payer la chambre. J'ai eu du mal à faire une sieste, en pm le jour et je me suis fait réveiller par les travaux un peu avant 7h00 du matin. En plus, il y avait un itinérant qui consommait de l'alcool sur place, devant l'accueil, qui criait sans cesse des insultes et le personnel ne faisait rien pour rectifier la situation. Le pire motel où j'ai couché à vie, mais j'étais mal pris. Aussi, les,serviettes blanche étaient brunâtres au milieu. Soit vous devriez les changer ,soit vous devriez changer de couleur de serviettes pour du foncé.

Ils ont l'essentiel, tout semblait propre. La chambre était décoré plutot vieillot. Endroit calme mais les matelas que nous avions faisait du bruuuuits sans bon sens... on se réveillait mutuellement quand nous bougions. On cherchait une place pour pouvoir se reposer avant de reprendre la route de facon securitaire, ca l'a fait la job! Un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé, a notre avis... même si c'est l'hotel le moins cher que nous avons trouvé dans les environs.

L accueil est douteuse, le monsieur est malpropre ainsi que sa femme. Il avait déjà passer notre crédit avant notre arrivée inacceptable. Il y avait des araignées en énorme quantité . Il y avait des cheveux sur le plancher partout laissant croire que le balais n avait pas été fait . Les lits petits et inconfortables puis le divan tellement sale que nous n’osions pas l’utiliser. Nous sommes déçus .
