I've chosen dragon Sapa Hotel after a very bad experience with another one. The welcome was absolutely perfect, the host, Ms Lieu Ahn, is the nicest one ever and made me feel like at home. She is super helpful and you can see she really cares about the guests. The room was clean, big, comfortable and full with all amenities. Excellent value for price, I definitely recommend.

Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! Very friendly hotel & comfortable room. The owner Kieu Anh allowed me check-in early after overnight train that is wonderful. The massage at the hotel provided very good service with very reasonable price. For sure to come back this hotel again.
