Manager/owner was very congenial and helpful with all transactions. Very clean facility. Vacant buildings on both sides of the facility. Breakfast was meager, but adequate. Housekeeping was exceptional.

The room, the linens and the bathroom were all clean, and I have no complaints there. The hallway steps were somewhat run-down on the verticals sides of the steps, but the horizontal sides were in good shape and had slip guards, so there was no safety issue, only an aesthetic one. There were aromas of pleasant air fresheners in the hallways, but the more pronounced odor was leftover curry or some other kind of food smell that I found unappealing. Again, though, there were traces that attempts were present to sanitize the odors that lingered. in the hallway of the first floor. There were no unpleasant odors in my room.
