Martha was very welcoming. The room was clean and today with tea making facilities/biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Short walk to the town with restaurants and bars.

Great Guest House

I had a fantastic stay at Hedley Villa Guest house, this was my second time staying with them. My room was comfortable and quiet, and the vegan breakfast they made in the morning was delicious. All the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when in Leamington Spa, good value for money
