The fact that it is impossible to charge things to your room is ridicules. The fact that the breakfast room is about a mile long walk.... The fact the the mattress will not stay on the bed frame, resulting in me almost falling out of bed This all makes that this is a hotel I will never return to

Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean room. Nice bar. There was no area to hang clothes only 2 coat hooks. Milk is not provided for coffee as standard in your room even though there is a fridge although they will provide milk in a glass if you ask. Only green tea was provided in the room, no black tea or fruit tea.

Not clear entrance. Per google maps, we entered & no ramp or escalator - 6 steps with large heavy luggage. Apparently there is another main entrance. The rest was fine although a bit dated for ceiling cracks, towels.
