Everything was always clean from our room, the dining area and all general areas.
My husband checking out the robot who did a great job of keeping the general areas’ floors clean.
Great bar where you could get a wide range of beverages, coffees, cappuccinos, teas plus a wonderful assortment of breakfast choices.

CitizenM was a dream! The anesthetic is so colourful and warmly invitiing. The Ambassadors go out their way to assist you and help in any way. Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete! I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!

An amazing stay in an amazingly funky hotel. The room was a tad too small, but we chose to stay there. It is almost like a Japanese pod- hotel. The staff were superb and couldn’t have been more helpful. They couldn’t do enough and no demand/request was not satisfactorily executed. The hotel is absolutely in a prime location !!

Stay here - you will not regret it

Fresh off the train we checked in which was very fast. We went to our room immediately. What a great place. Very well organized for a smaller space. Plenty of room for two people's luggage. Very clean. Bathroom was nice and felt sanitized. The blackout shade on the window was amazing. They offer free filtered sparkling or still water in the bar/restaurant area. Just return the empty bottle and fill a new one. As much as you want. The bar area is nice and well kept. Staff were very friendly. Very walkable area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Funky high tech hotel

Great stay, friendly check in. REALLY High tech. TV went silent every half hour so is annoying. Hotel centrally located. Room bit small. Towels new and nice. Comfortable bed good shower. Good dining choice in area.
