Stay away from this crap. Common areas are dirty, rooms are dirty, windows don't open and the AC is so bad it takes like an hour to cool the room, in the middle of the summer. Staff is completely useless. We waited half hour in line just to check in. When it was our turn they asked for the physical card I used to book through Expedia, except I had used a virtual card. But they insisted they needed a card on file. Offered to pay a large deposit instead but nope, "we need the card". Manager was called, I reluctantly gave them one of my other physical cards but the POS showed an error: "issuer unavailable". Keep in mind I've used these cards all around the world, including in multiple hotels in NZ in the last 2 weeks. Second card: "issuer unavailable", same for about 4 more cards, all from different countries and banks. The manager insisted the problem was on my account. "Maybe the balance is insufficient", "maybe the account is frozen", all in front of other guests waiting in line, it was HUMILIATING! In complete disbelief and frustration I was asked to rebook through Expedia and pay online, which I did, using the SAME card, right in front of the manager, AND IT WORKED! I asked if breakfast was included: "yes, 6 to 9 am". My dad went early the next day and guess what: "sorry, actually breakfast isn't included". Seriously?? The least you could do is include breakfast for wasting our time and humiliating us in front of other guests. Shame on you.
