This beautiful 70 m² apartment is located in a quiet area of Canyelles Petites. Located on the ground floor of a detached house with two apartments, it offers easy access without stairs. You will enjoy cozy and comfortable accommodation, with a large 30 m² terrace that offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The large living room has a large window that is accessed directly from the terrace, so you can relax while contemplating the landscape. It has satellite TV and internet (wifi) so you can connect with the world while you rest. The apartment also has a private parking space for your convenience.

Bel appartement
L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel.
Quelques remarques concernant le nettoyage ( sol non fait) que l’agence Barneda corrigera sans nul doute.
Le lieu est calme dans l’absolu sauf quand les jeunes vacanciers de l’immeuble en contrebas font la fête ..
Concernant la cohabitation avec le propriétaire évoquée par d’autres vacanciers : aucun problème. Il est charmant et tout à fait respectueux d’autrui.
En synthèse, un bel endroit dans lequel nous a bons passe 15 jours de bonnes vacances .

Fantástica terraza y vistas espectaculares
Excelente apartamento con una espectacular terraza (difícil encontrar mejor terraza) tanto por vistas como por amplitud. Buena ubicación, a apenas 3-4 minutos a pie de la playa.
Ideal para disfrutar del buen tiempo en general y del verano en particular.
El apartamento forma parte de una casa, con un piso superior que se alquila por separado. Para una mayor intimidad y aislamiento sería muy recomendable que hubiera una puerta adicional de acceso a este apartamento (y no una verja de acceso al apartamento una vez se ha franqueado la puerta de la casa).

Aussicht und Lage TOP ansonsten FLOP
Es war echt schmutzig als wir angekommen sind. Zudem funktionierten 50% der Lampen nicht. Eindeutig ein NO-GO: Es sind zwei Wohnungen mit der gleichen Haustür. Im Treppenhaus gibt es nur ein Gitter. Man hat somit kein Sicht-/ und Lärmschutz zum oberen Bewohner (ist wahrscheinlich ein Dauergast). Somit konnte es passieren wenn man vom Schlafzimmer aus auf‘s WC musste vom Nachbar gesichtet wurde. Zudem hörte er immer bis kurz vor Mitternacht laute klassische Musik und anschließend hörte man sein Geschnarch.

Un bel espace verdoyant pour porter son regard sur la mer
Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine avec mon mari et notre fille dans ce superbe appartement. Il est idéalement placé au coeur de la baie de Petite Canyelles,
à seulement quelques pas de la plage. L'appartement est lumineux et très bien agencé.
Le plus de cette location c'est sa superbe terrasse qui vous protège du soleil et vous permet de vivre dehors face à la mer. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement si vous rechercher un coin bucolique et tranquille pour vous ressourcer.
