The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys, but right before we arrived we received a message saying the keys were at the hotel, we misunderstood and ended up driving to the first location and looking for the keys there for a while.

stunning moutain views

location very good set in superb surroundings with the most fantastic views of the mountains. the apartment was a little old fashioned and needs an up-date,but very clean.

Buena experiencia

El apartamento escogido era de 1 habitación y un comedor con un sofá cama. Es cómodo, muy iluminado. Aunque tiene sus años, el estado es muy bueno. Tiene un balcón amplio. -Hay zonas ajardinadas alrededor. Hay una lavandería en la planta baja de uno de los bloques. - No tiene ascensor en caso de alquilar en la planta 1. - El sistema de acceso con la cerradura electrónica es bastante cómodo. - El acceso desde el exterior hacia los bloques de apartamentos no está bien señalizado, dificulta ubicar fácilmente el número y la ubicación del apartamento. -Faltaría que proporcionaran ventiladores. Nosotros llevamos 2 de forma preventiva y fue un acierto. El calor que da el sol a según que horas puede hacer la estancia muy. - Cocina bien surtida de menaje y cubiertos. - En general nos tocaron vecinos tranquilos. Los ruidos normales. - Llevamos una perra, y estaría bien que hubiera una camita o algo para que desacansara, o que se avisara que no hay ninguna para las mascotas. - El precio de las mascotas es de 25 euros. - Durante el proceso de la reserva no lo detalla, pero si leéis en las condiciones generales, ahí lo pone. Pero es algo que no se suele leer detalladamente (por error). Creo que sebería aparecer más visible durante la gestión de la reserva. - Ubicación: está al lado de unos olivares, montaña, tranquilo. - El centro está a unos 18 min caminando, y en coche se llega a un aparcamiento gratuito que está a 5 minutos, y desde allí unos 10 minutos hasta el paseo marítimo.

Pour trouver le logement c’est un labyrinthe mettre une famille avec deux enfants en bas âge au deuxième sans ascenseur avec des marches de la taille de mon enfant je ne trouve pas ça judicieux débloquer la porte par internet faut avoir le forfait et de la batterie pas intelligence par deux fois on vous oblige à récupérer la chambre sans accueil client après 15h sauf que quand on arrive à 16h l appartement est dans un état pitoyable avec le linge salle des précédents occupants on y rajoute le fait qu’il n’y a pas de Clim une ventilation apr luminaire qui ne s’allume qu’avec la lumière on vous interdit d’accéder à la piscine hormis le samedi et dimanche alors que tous les autres occupants y vont quand beau leur semble !!! Et ça vous rajouter l’éclairage balcon obligatoire sans pouvoir l’arrêter ! L’absence de drap propre de serviette propre de linge propre de sol propre (molleton et sable!) plus un nid de fourmis dans la salle d’eau en sus du siphon du lavabo fuyard !!!

Al llegar 23:15 apartamento sucio con restos de embalajes, polvo, nevera sucia, no estaba activado los radiadores, sin calefacción y hacía frío. Día siguiente sobre 10:45 conseguimos realizar él cambio de apartamento, con lo cuál trastocado las actividades previstas visitas a museos concertados etc... Los apartados y él lugar no están mal, pero necesita algo más de mantenimiento, cerraduras persianas, que tuvieron que ajustar estando presente

Plus que médiocre

Nous sommes arrivés, ménage pas fait, draps,serviettes, et nourritures des anciens occupants. Nous avons du attendre 2h pour que le ménage soit fait. La piscine n'est pas privée, sachant que tout le quartier vient s'y baigner. Le canapé lit du salon est en fait 2 lits 1 place dont 1 sur roulettes pas pratique pour dormir. Quartier très bruyant.

Séjour agréable, la piscine accompagnée de ses transats à proximité a été un régal pour les enfants. Pas loin de la plage et du centre ville, chacun a pu trouver son compte. Il manquait a l’appartement un réfrigérateur plus grand, un four et la fameuse climatisation. Sinon, rien à dire. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations. Nous en faisons déjà la publicité autour de nous.

ATTENTION FUYEZ ARNAQUE HONTEUX

Pour commencer nous avions préciser notre souhait de ne pas être au rez de chaussée et nous y avons eu le droit et malgré un coup de téléphone dés notre arrivée à l'agence on nous répond qu'il n'y a pas le choix alors que cela ne nous a pas été spécifié à la réservation bien au contraire.. un appartement très vieux et en piteux état. Canapé avec latte cassée qui devait être un convertible deux personnes mais qui au final était un deux fois une place. Peinture défraichie logement qui sentait l'humidité (étant asthmatique cela m'a déclenché une crise...) Les éléments cuisine tenaient à peine debout et donnais l'impression de venir d'une caravane des années 70, un mini frigo pour quatre personnes avec juste un fraiseur en guise de congélateur, des plaques de cuisson avec boutons cassés et limite fils électriques apparent. Une salle de bain avec même pas un meuble ou étagère pour pouvoir poser des affaires de toilettes et pas de repose serviette, une chasse d'eau qui paraissait très fatiguée.. Pour les services il était dit laverie, inaccessible pour raison de covid (pas préciser à la réservation) ménage journalier dit dans l'annonce en effet mais que sur les extérieurs de la résidence pas intérieur comme le laissait croire celle-ci. Piscine dans la résidence, mais pas préciser qu'il fallait traverser une rue et en longée une autre pour avoir accès à celle-ci comme les jeux extérieurs aussi (pas sécurisant pour des enfants seuls) Pas un seul geste commercial de leur part
