Mountain Retreat: Year-Round Getaway, Pup Friendly

Cozy mountain home just 4 minutes from the slopes with 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), 2 full bathrooms, a large stone fireplace, and a private hot tub. Pet-friendly with access to nearby walking trails (backyard!). Features include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and unique design touches like detailed wallpaper. Ideal for a relaxing retreat year-round, whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying the quiet mountain setting.

Living Room: Smart TV, 2 couches, accent chairs (comfortable seating for 7-8).

Sitting Room: 4 lounge chairs, coffee table, wood-burning fireplace (seating for 4). Please note that the fireplace is not operational.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, duo Keurig (ground coffee and k cups), and French press. NOTE: Ground coffee, k cups, sugar, and creamer are provided.

Dining Room: Dining space for 8 guests (new dining table coming soon!). The dining area is small, but we have made the most of the space with plenty of seating.

Laundry: Washer and dryer located right off the kitchen in closet.

Bedroom 1: King bed, dresser, large closet, and luggage bench.

Bedroom 2: King bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV , and two chairs.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, large closet.

Note None of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Both of the full bathrooms are located on the first floor across from the three ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a DOHM sound machine.

Bathroom 1: Single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2: single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.

Outdoors: Hot tub, ski closet, door dining set, Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, grill, and EV charger (50 AMP outlet)

Guests will have private access of the first floor of the house. The upstairs is vacant but will be blocked off and not guest accessible.

Mountain Mindset is located on Wintergreen Resort (0.6 miles from the ski slopes) and just a short (10 min) drive to Nelson 151's award winning wineries, cideries and the Brew Ridge Trail.
