Quirky themed hotel

Quirky rock music themed hotel with Hard Rock café type restaurant. In classic old building but the room, furniture & bathroom were old and tired and definitely in need of refurbishment. I think the target market is tourists not business travellers. A positive is that the staff were excellent and went out of their way to help.

My parents and I stayed at the Wyndham Savoy Rosario for a few days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is very clean, updated and has excellent wifi and air conditioning. The complimentary breakfast was great. The neighborhood was very convenient for us. We loved our stay so much and will definitely be using this hotel chain again in the future. A cool bonus was that the hotel had so many rock and roll/pop star memorabilia which made our stay that much more cooler and interesting. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel, do not hesitate!

Very nice hotel in the city centre. The service is great. Unfortunately not enough common areas and the old nice bar downstairs was replace by a noisy loud music restaurant full of people during the weekend. There is not a relaxing place to be in the hotel except for your room. The cleaning service needs improvements. People at the front desk are very nice and they try their best

Terrible stay and experience Stay away

This is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel, which from the outside looks stunning, is completely falling apart on the inside. I was given a different, smaller room in what seemed like a basement where the towels were dirty. I was switched to a bigger room after being told they had none where it smelled of dampness, yellow water came out of the shower, holes in the sheets and dirty pillow covers.The worst part was the check out: the hotel did not accept the price I was charged with hotels.com, overcharging me on both exchange rate and taxes (even though it was stated all was included in my booking) and extremely rude staff that raised their voice at us when trying to come up with a solution. I feel deceived and insulted and ultimately ripped off of something that should have been a nicer experience.
