Lovely cottage with large terrace by the sea and nature.

A nice holiday home with many opportunities for a good holiday near the sea. Without a few neighbors within sight and with a tiled stove, large terrace and spacious grounds, there are all prerequisites for relaxation and activities. Fully renovated in 2001 and a new large shower room with washing machine from 2011.

Swimming and fishing in the sea about 150 m from the house. Own dock with boat included. About 7 km from the house is Järnavik's jetty and camping. Here you will find baths and tour boats to nice Tjärö. https: // www. YouTube. com / watch?v = xmrAWdxLFlM

Other nice excursions in the Blekinge Archipelago you can do with one of the tour boats that leave from Karlshamn and Ronneby, among others. Karön is well worth a visit. Ronneby Brunn with SPA, pool with water slide, mini golf and restaurant can be recommended, as well as a visit to Eriksbergs Wildlife Park.

You will find good shopping in one of the coastal cities of Karlshamn, Karlskrona, Ronneby or Kristianstad. The location of the holiday home allows you to reach most attractions or excursion destinations in Blekinge, Skåne, Småland and Öland. Blekinge offers fine sandy beaches, archipelago, forest and most lakes with good swimming and fishing.

Herrliche Ruhe - perfekt zum Abschalten

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Highlights waren die Fahrten mit dem Ruderboot auf dem Ostseearm. Auch sonst gab es viel zu entdecken, die Gegend ist einfach zauberhaft. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, besonders die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es liegt absolut ruhig, das große Grundstück ist toll für die Kinder. Also alles in allem super für alle, die im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, für vier Personen geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Meerblick, Garten, Zugang zum Wasser und zum Bootssteg - Bootfahrten empfehlenswert, zwei schöne kleine Badestrände fußläufig. Einkaufen mit dem Auto 10 Minuten, auch sonntags. Endreinigung durch Mieter sollte man einrechnen.

Erholsamer Urlaub im Juni

Wir (Großeltern, Eltern und Baby) hatten schöne 10 Tage im Ferienhaus, dass der Beschreibung entsprach. Es liegt an einer wenig befahrenen kleinen Strasse (30km/h-Zone), ohne direkte Nachbarn, so dass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat. "Unser" Reh hat uns täglich besucht, auch Fasan und Fledermäuse gab es und man kann sich auch am und um das Haus sehr gut erholen. Wer ein stylisches Haus mit Klimaanlage erwartet ist hier falsch, es ist jedoch alles in gutem Zustand, vollständig ausgerüstet und es funktioniert auch alles. Das Boot haben wir leider nicht benutzt. Die Gegend lädt zu schönen -auch kleineren- Wanderungen in den zahlreichen Naturschutzgebieten ein. Wie bisher bei allen unseren Besuchen in Schweden üblich, macht die Endreinigung der Gast. Der Kontakt zu Christian war immer unkompliziert, so dass wir gerne wieder kommen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Unsere Urlaub ist zu Ende, Zeit ihn Revue passieren zu lassen. Was uns an diesem Haus gefallen hat: Das große Grundstück Die Lage mit Zugang zum Wasser & eigenem Ruderboot Der direkte Zugang von der Küche zur großen L-förmigen Terrasse Die Aussicht! Die voll ausgestattete Küche Das große Wohn-, Ess- und Fernsehzimmer mit der gemütlichen Couch und dem bequemen großen Sessel. Das schöne Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Was nicht so ideal war: Dass das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss nur ein Geländer zur Küche unten hatte. Frühaufsteher sollten beim Frühstückmachen und Tischdecken leise sein. Das Bad war riesig. Leider schlossen die Silikondichtungen der Duschtüren nicht richtig und überschwemmten den gefliesten Boden. Zum Glück gab es dafür einen Gummiabzieher. ;-) Würde ich wieder in diesem Haus übernachten? Die Antwort ist eindeutig ja! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten perfekt entspannen.

Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Umgebung und hat einen schönen und großen Garten. Das Ferienhaus ist eigentlich auch sehr schön, entspricht aber nicht der Beschreibung und ist leider an einigen Stellen nicht sehr professionell saniert wurden. So gibt es nur zwei separate (verschließbare) Schlafzimmer. Die anderen zwei beziehen sich auf das Wohnzimmer und dem zum Wohnzimmer + Küche offenen Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss. Die Dusche im Bad benötigt immer noch eine Dichtlippe und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer müsste mal erneuert werden. Auch der Hinweis auf Selbstreinigung des Objektes wäre in der Anzeige hilfreich gewesen. Um ordentlich sauber machen zu können, müsste mal ein neuer Staubsauger sowie neues Putzzeug besorgt werden. Es gibt also einige Kleinigkeiten, die mal gemacht werden müssten, damit das schöne Haus wieder richtig genossen werden kann.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren vom 26.8 bis 9.9.2023 in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Alles ist vorhanden, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Ruderboot haben wir oft genutzt. Für uns Wanderfans gab es auch schöne Routen in der Umgebung. Super fanden wir auch die Artenvielfalt am Haus. Insekten, die man in Deutschland nur vereinzelnd noch findet!!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in unserem Ferienhaus. Tägliche Besuche der Rehe, das Ruderboot in Laufweite, der dunkle Nachthimmel ohne Lichtverschmutzung waren unsere Highlights rund um das Haus. Das Hais selbst ist super ausgestattet, die Küche hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Unglaubliche Erholung

Wir durften unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen und haben uns unglaublich erholt und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Terasse ist riesig und auch das Haus bietet viel Platz. Parken konnten wir auch direkt vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und problemlos verlaufen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein typisches Schwedenhaus mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten in diesem Haus einen schönen, vor allem sehr ruhigen Urlaub.Wir haben Spaziergänge gemacht und die umliegenden Städte erkundet. Schifffahrten ab Karlskrona sind besonders interessant. Viele Tiere haben sich dicht am Haus vorgestellt: Rehe, Hasen, div. Vögel und der Fasan mit seiner Frau hatte den großen Auftritt. Zu loben ist die gute Küchenausstattung inkl. der neuwertigen Elektrogeräte= Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Duschkabine im Bad könnte erneuert werden. Das Boot konnten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen leider nicht nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist hervorragend.

Schöner Urlaub in Eckenäs

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Außer der Heizung gab es noch einen Kachelofen welchen wir bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober gern in Betrieb genommen haben. Wonach man im Badezimmer allerdings noch einmal schauen müsste wäre die Dusche. Der Ablauf ist nicht an der niedrigsten Stelle, so dass das Wasser nicht richtig abfloss.

Entspannter und naturnaher Urlaub

Wir haben zu fünft in dem sehr geräumigen und gemütlichen Haus am Waldrand und Wasser zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ca. 100m von der Ostsee entfernt. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannt. Es gibt ein Ruderboot und man kann angeln. Lebensmittel ca. 10km entfernt. In 6km Entfernung liegt Järnavik, dort kann man mit der Fähre auf die Insel Tjärö fahren.

Ein toller Urlaub….

…. Den wir im wunderschönen Schweden erleben durften. Das Ferienhaus war sehr ruhig in Wassernähe gelegen. Es waren mit Baby schöne Spaziergänge auf der Halbinsel möglich, die Landschaft an der Küste toll. Das Haus war für uns ausreichend groß und sehr gemütlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Nahrungsmittel haben wir in Bräke-Høby genutzt. Wir wollen gern wiederkommen um auch noch mehr von der phantastischen Landschaft zu sehen.

Wunderschönes Sommerhaus

Herrliche Lage mit der Nähe zum Naturreservat war optimal für lange Spaziergänge und Radtouren!! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich! Leider war es uns nicht möglich den Kamin anzumachen, da der Rauch permanent nur ins Wohnzimmer zog. Tolle Veranda mit schönen Ausblick!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, bestens und praktisch eingerichtet. Herrlich die große Terrasse! Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Auch der avisierte Fasan besuchte uns regelmäßig.
