As I opened the door to my room I was immediately struck with the musty smell. It was coming from the ac unit. I inspected the unit to find a lot of dust and mold on the vent and filter. Was not very cool either.

The hotel was hot and stuffy. The elevator panels were held in place with tape. Our bathroom was dirty, and the sink leaked onto the floor. The towels were dingy. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable.

Were looking for a cheap place to stay with a pool on our way back to Kentucky from Oklahoma so on that end, I cannot complain. No complaints about service and staff. The breakfast was not very appetizing and was cold. Were not allowed to drink or eat on the pool patio which was confusing. Overall atmosphere was dark, misty and very outdated. With all that said, ultimately, I got what I paid for and I'm fine with that.

It was dirty, my toilet broke and flooded my room. The staff didn't help clean it and brought me a few towels to clean it myself. My daughter and I couldn't take a shower or brush or teeth before we left. A manager was supposed to contact me and never has.
