There are homeless people living right outside the hotel door. There is a car and a wheelchair and garbage all over. I said something to the front desk and she said I should call the police if I feel unsafe. Isn’t that the hotel‘s responsibility to secure the safety of their guests?

The hotel was spotless in every area we saw. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good! The only thing I would say that would have made it better was cooking the eggs a little bit longer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! I travelled with my grandkids and so I appreciated the games and seating area in the lobby along with the coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7.
