Decent but dated

From what I hear this place is good for the area however the rooms was extremely dated and the bed was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff was friendly but I couldn’t get over the very old uncomfortable bed and dated furniture.

Older rooms and the beds weren’t the most comfortable but we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, there was a play set outside for the kids, and the beach was great. There is a nice restaurant next door too which was nice. We’d stay again!

Hotel is older and definitely in need of updates. Breakfast was average. Check in is 3:00, when we arrived at 3:30, our room was not ready. Finally got a text at 4:30 saying our room was ready. Given that this was mid-week and the hotel was not full, it was very disappointing. Also, pool and hot tub are only open until 8pm, would have been nice if they were open until 9 or 10 which is typical of other hotels.

The motel was OK, nice and clean. Close to trails, beach and a short walk into town which was nice. Downside, bed was terrible, all the support had gone on one side, felt like I was going to roll out. We only stayed the one night so made do.
