The Eixendorf reservoir is a marvellous leisure destination, nestled in the scenic Schwarzach valley just a few minutes (200m) from the complex. Its abundance of fish offers fishing enthusiasts ideal conditions and water sports fans are in their element.
The town of Rötz (4 km) in the north of the region offers shops, butcher's, bakery, indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, restaurants and pubs, supermarket and restaurants and pubs
