The ground level also includes an outdoor kitchen with stovetop, microwave, sink, gas grill and table with seating for effortless al fresco dining.

The upper levels of Windrush By The Sound are equally impressive, featuring updates and sought-after amenities throughout. A reverse floorplan makes the most of the waterfront location, with the main living area on the top floor where everyone can enjoy the unobstructed views of the sound. There's plenty of space to gather and entertain in the open-concept great room with cozy electric fireplace and a wall of west-facing windows for admiring the view. It leads out to a soundfront deck where you can soak up the sun by day or lounge under the stars at night. Back inside, the spacious and recently renovated kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests may need to utilize alternate beach access points during their stay.
