Move up to the top floor and you'll find the sunny great room and kitchen with extra seating at the bar, the dining area, a half bath, and a cozy living area with 55" HDTV satellite system with sound bar. Naturally, the views from CLOUD 9 are out of this world, particularly on the top level's expansive sun deck. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
