Was a great place for multiple families, and had lots of water things for the kids to use. Like many lake properties, there are a lot of bugs but nothing we didn’t expect. The kitchens had everything we needed and nice that they had towels/life jackets for our use. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved the view from the patio. We would return!

Great family Lake weekend

This was a perfect property for our family with the different units. The dock was great for swimming, kayaking & paddle boarding as it was in a pretty quiet cove.

Annual vaca with kids & grandkids

The separate living quarters made this property. Being able to have some privacy when needed along with more than 1 kitchen was super convenient. We had little kids so having a yard that wasn't straight downhill to the lake was also a plus. Having all the water toys was nice so we had less to bring along & the fishing was amazing. This is also located on a nice quiet little cove. Our kids were able to play on the swim mat, kayak & paddle boards. This is one to visit again.

Great Family Location

This was a great location. The property is full stocked both in the units as well as the outdoors. Our boys loved fishing off the dock, and all the kids had fun swimming off the dock. We brought two boats and had a great time. Also, I expected it to be bugging being by the lake, but no mosquitos at all! All and all we would stay there again.

Lake front vacation

The kids really enjoyed the swim mat and swimming from the dock. They tried out all the water toys, paddle boards, kayaks and corn hole in the evenings. The covered boat dock was very useful. Beds were comfortable and units were clean. We had rented all three. When they say parking is tight and steep drive they mean it. I would not pull a boat to the rental. There is not enough room to turn around. The public boat ramp is less tha a half mile away. Go unload and drive boat to home or park there til your settled.

True "Lake Life" experience

We were looking for a way to truly live the lake life: eat, float, fish, swim, play. We saw the JOMO listing on VRBO and thought "this has potential!" It lived up to our expectations! We found that the living spaces easily accommodated our large group (3 separate families) and the lake area was ideal for lounging, swimming, floating, and playing. We even caught a whole bunch of fish just off the docks and water's edge. Our kids are already begging us to go back, so we'll likely book again in the future!

Framily Trip

The property was wonderful. Well equipped with household needs for the stay. We highly enjoyed the water activities and the close proximity to the lake. The house was perfect for our group of 4 families and everyone had a fabulous time. It was a perfect location for this annual friends who are like family trip! Hoping to rent again. Thank you for a great Long weekend.

House was nice but needs pest control immediately

My entire family got bit by spiders, bugs, and stung by hornets all weekend. Each person on our trip is covered head to toe in bug bites. We got bitten in the house, in bed, on the deck, on the dock, everywhere. The deck and dock were covered in spider webs, we tried to sweep the webs down with a broom and billions of spiders scattered everywhere carrying eggs and baby spiders. For what we paid for the house (almost $1000 a night after fees) it should have been sparkling clean. Everything else was great, location was good, plenty of room for our boat and seadoo. The view was amazing. The kayaks and lily pad were a lot of fun. The family had a great time other than the bug bites.

Perfect

This was my first ever VRBO rental. It was amazing. We took a long weekend with moms and sons. We all loved it. It had everything we needed. Fishing, swimming, kayaks, games, plenty of space for everyone! There is a little town close by with a Dollar General if you forget something. The property was even better than the pictures. Looks like it was recently remodeled and all furniture appeared to be new. Beds were really comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place. We would go back next year. The owners description is spot on!! I'd add that the sunset was absolutely stunning. Book it you won't regret it.

Great family place

We met up with 2 families and each had our own space yet we're together. Dock access huge plus along with all the great perks they had available to make for an easy and relaxing week!! we will definitely return!!! Also a great location!

Amazing Lake Rental

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tri Terrace. We go on a family trip every year and stay in properties found on VRBO. This has definitely been one of our favorites! The units were clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. There were so many fun extras included such as kayaks, tubes, and the Maui mat. The owners were also very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the AC once we arrived. I contacted the owner and she quickly sent someone to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return soon!
