We had x2 queen beds, x2 cold aircons, x2 tvs, study desk, kitchen area, dmall table and chairs and bathroom which were all well maintained and clean. The pool was nice with towels provided. Reception gave exceptional service and room was cleaned and replenished while we were out. Great location close to restaurants and very quiet.

Maintenance and Better House Keeping required.

Have stayed at this motel many times in the past however it this trip was not that great. Both air cons were leaking a lot of water. Went to go to bed and almost slipped over on wet tiles. Had to put rubbish bins under both bedroom air cons to catch the water, there was so much leaking. Reported to office however it was not fixed during our 2 night stay. Ironing board would not stand up. Iron would not hold water, ran straight through and came out bottom of iron. Booked for 5 people, only 4 towels and not enough bedding for the 5th bed (trundle). Office was closed when realised. Silverfish on trundle bed. Main bed was comfortable enough, however we will be looking for another motel for our regular visits to Rockhampton.
