Property was old and outdated but was in process of being renovated. Couch in room had multiple stains on it and one mattress needed replacing. Room was clean and tidy. Was quiet despite being on main road. Staff were very friendly. Was adequate for a one night stay

After hours check in is I joke how to find lock box not easy to work out and then have car blocking so it was not easy to get Then little map gave use was not much help not say on second floor Then room. Air con running at 67db white paint on carpet where they touched up the fridge Then water marked on floor look like they not even try to fix Bed looked like banana with very large sage in it need replacement asap Shower hot and cold swapped over I was glad only stayed for just on 8 hours. For price I paid felt quite ripped off by about 40.00

A very old fashion room with a super noisy old air conditioning rest of room was ok for an overnight stay with hard to get close parking to the room as no allocated parking just park anywhere also a lonely dead cockroach on the carpet but a cheap overnight stay whilst on the road

Terrible, will not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there. Arrived to the room and there was food on the floor, burn holes in the couch, wet carpet near the bathroom door, toilet still had urine in it from previous guests. The unit smelt like urine and cigarettes. Parts of the bench was removed to add a bigger fridge and sharp screws were left sticking out of the timber. Plates and cutlery supplied were dirty as there is no sink to wash dishes in. Pillows and doona covers had stains. Reception staff were nice, just a shame they have to work in a poorly maintained outdated property.

Advertised bar and restaurant, has been closed for a long time. Television had no aerial so not working. Shower curtain looks like it had not been cleaned in the past year.

The photos looked good on the website but when we got to our room all i could smell was mould! I went straight back to reception to ask for another room and she said that a few people had said that to her. She said that they had a water leak about 1 month before. She was happy to give us another room. It was very dated and could see big water stains on the carpet. It was definately not worth the money.
