Overall the stay was good. The unit is spacious, well equipped, and conveniently located. The parking pass did not work for the first 3-4 days due to a payment processing error between the garage and the owners. I paid out of pocket for the first couple of days, then had to call an attendant to let me in and out of the garage until the issue was resolved. I sent multiple messages to the owners through VRBO messaging asking for help . There was no response. I had to make several calls to SAG Garage Management to resolve this issue with the owner. Additionally, the wireless connection for the unit I stayed is unavailable. I had to get internet access using another unit's username and PW. Again, i tried resolving this with the owner through the VRBO messaging, but got no reply. Other than these problems, I liked the stay and would consider staying again if these problems are addressed.... Mainly a lack of communication issue.

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment, conveniently located easy walking distance from Dinosaur BBQ and other downtown Rochester landmarks. Plenty of parking is available in the garage next door. Excellent instructions and quick responses from the owner. Already looking forward to my next visit!
