Great location!!! Nice house but I wish it was cleaner! The stove was dirty and cob webs and spiders! The bathroom sinks don’t drain and toilets clogged a couple times. My husband took care of it. Love that it had laundry but having them on separate floors with 2 stair cases was rough! We enjoyed our stay except for a few things!

We had a great 4 days here. The pictures don’t really show you that you have about 12 to 15 feet of sand before the lake starts. Our kids played on the beach for hours each day. Super quiet neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. Kim was right on top of things when we asked for a rake for the beach, she brought one over within 15 minutes. Overall an amazing experience.

Beautiful place to stay for vacation. Breathtaking views. Within 20 minutes to seabreeze amusement park, Seneca zoo and strong museum of play. Quiet area. Close public beach within 6 min or so.

Graduation Weekend

Our family and friends cane together for graduation. It was the perfect location and setup for our group. The four season porch was perfect for the chilly time while the deck was perfect for the warm weather Nice and quiet. The neighbor had the entry lights on both sides of the house overnight so the couch and futon sleepers weren’t happy that night.

Amazing beach paradise

The property was even better than the listing. Breathtaking views, beautiful open concept house. A lot of space to be together as a family. Kim was very responsive. Plenty of towels and appliances for cooking, as well as soaps, etc. We were lacking nothing.

Very clean. I love the attention to detail for a rental home. There were extra pillows and throw blankets, games, a lot of seating, organized kitchen. Beds were super comfy. Loved the bright and beautiful decorations. Host was awesome!!!

Thanksgiving cozy

We were so cozy and comfortable in the gales of November off Lake Ontario. Stunning beach access and views of Crescent Beach. Host took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t imagine how nice it will be in the summer. Thank you!

Absolutely PERFECT spot on Lake Ontario!

A perfect getaway for a long weekend or more. Perfect location by a secluded beach community on Lake Ontario near Rochester NY. Excellent amenities- very comfortable beds, linens, tissues (never at any VRBO I have stayed at), excellent kitchen resources. Very comfortable living room couch. We will be rebooking for long weekends or more again!!
