Soothing rooms, comfortable beds. A little dim in the dining room (maybe a bulb out in the overhead fixture? This was not a big deal.) neighbors had a car blocking back of driveway when we got home on our last night. Pretty tricky to back out! Again, not a big deal, we just moved our car from the street to the back later after they left.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient to great restaurants and easy, quick access everywhere. House was spotless and very well maintained with seemingly new furniture and fixtures, very comfortable beds. The house is quite old and a little quirky, but the owner is extremely responsive and willing to assist to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If traveling in the summer, the window air conditioners work well. Plenty of street parking, but there are street restrictions to be aware of. Additional parking is behind the house in a private area, although driveway is very narrow and takes some maneuvering to get back there. Overall nice stay

Charming! Spacious, well kept 3 Bdrm (2nd floor) apt.

The comforts and cleaniness of a remodel, while holding true to the charm of this classic four square. Gently and tastefully decorated. Host was incredibly quick to reply! Totally Recommend!Beds and couch were very comfortable, very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked (coffee YES, microwave -no; Full-size fridge, good array of dishes & cooking equipment, but not much supplemental ingredients yet- as it's a newer rental, these will likely start to accumulate). Super fluffy towels was a joyful bonus. Good water pressure We also thoroughly enjoyed the places nearby too- Hike around/up to the Reservoir at Cobbs Hill, Jerimahs Tavern (great food, welcoming staff and fun atmosphere), Bakery/Coffee shop & trendy but enjoyable Prata at the Armory, and a very pleasant shop keeper at the local Bodega. As it was Easter the local Catholic church was welcoming and offered an enjoyable service (to the point, good music).Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your space!
