This is an OK motel. Seems like an older property yet seems to be well enough maintained. Very limited breakfast options and not much space for it; entry, lobby, etc is a small area. Few other guests staying while I was there, so very quiet. Location is on a somewhat beat up frontage road off of I-90, due north from downtown Austin, so convenient if you have business in the area. My room was quite small, but fairly clean and seemingly remodeled.
