Stayed for 6 days.It was ok but be warned it is extremely noisy if there is an event on,and that was most nights whilst we were there.We couldn't find the hair drier as it was missing. looked on top of the wardrobe and found it thick with dust.Probably wouldn't visit again.

Will 100% stay here again, from the very start the staff were friendly and informative, the room nice and clean and super dark and quite at night: breakfast and spa/ swim facilities absolutely lovely!!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. Room was lovely, comfy bed, again really clean. TV needs upgrading/fixing though. Alot of old channels as if not been retuned for a long time. Spa was amazing. The Jacuzzi with open air element was spot on for the soul.

Lovely relaxing stay

Spa amenities were lovely. Very clean and relaxing. Love the sauna pool that opens outside, was lovely just relaxing with the view and the other sauna and steam rooms were very well presented and clean.

Desperate in need of refurbishment.

Room was worn out. Floorboards creaked so badly we just laughed every time we had to move. Every aspect of the room needs a refurbishment. Couldn’t change the temp on the shower which is set at lukewarm and the pressure from it was like a watering can.

Lovely hotel with nice greenery and surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception. Only negative i have is that we had some guests opposite us making a racket at 11pm, closing doors very loudly and shouting from outside their door. I had a young baby with me sleeping. When i came out to ask them to quieten down, there was a hotel staff member providing them room service and smiling. I thought this staff member shouldve been asking them to quieten down herself. The noise levels did reduce after speaking to them, but this was the only inconvenience. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
