Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced stream bordering the garden.. A delightful detached barn conversion nestling on the edge of a working sheep farm in its own garden bordered on one side by a stream. It lies 300 yards from the owners’ home and walks abound from the doorstep into the rolling Sussex countryside. Bodiam Castle is a short drive and the Rother Valley offers holidaymakers boating and fishing. Take a trip on the Kent and East Sussex Vintage Steam Railway or experience Pullman dining. Pashley Manor, Great Dixter and Sissinghurst Gardens are a short drive. Rye 11 miles. Camber Sands 14½ miles. Fishing farm at Hawkhurst just 2 miles away. Golf course 5 miles. Cosy and comfortable

A really lovely place in the Sussex countryside. Cosy, comfortable and quiet. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of green space outside for the kids to play in. Nice walks nearby along public footpaths to Great Dixter and Bodiam Castle, both around 30 minutes. The site of the Battle Of Hastings is 15 minutes drive south, at Battle.
