Feedback on Recent StayDear Rosa,I hope this message finds you well. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your warm hospitality during our recent stay at your rental property. The home itself is in lovely condition and the setting truly provides a peaceful atmosphere.However, I wanted to share some concerns we experienced, particularly regarding an insect infestation (I already gave you details about that), limited privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms (especially being a group of different families), the inconvenience of having to constantly empty the water from the leak collection container under the kitchen sink and the challenging access road. We faced an unsettling situation upon our arrival, as we were only notified two days beforehand about the road conditions leading to your property. Traveling with young children made this information particularly critical for us, and receiving it several weeks in advance would have greatly helped us plan our trip. The steep and narrow road presented significant hazards, which ultimately restricted our ability to explore nearby attractions for fear of compromising our families' safety because we were worried that if we tried to go down or up, there was a risk that one of our cars would roll back and fall down the mountainside.Additionally, I worry about the potential risks we might have faced had we encountered adverse weather conditions, such as snow.
