Good reviews: Well-kept property. Staff excellent.
Air-conditioning efficient and quiet.
Some things disappointing: The one-bedroom studio does not have a separate bedroom - the description is misleading.
No coffee pot; no face cloths; no hair dryer. These have to be requested from reception.
One small piece of soap in the bathroom, plus small packets of shampoo and conditioner combined. Other resorts have plenty of these available in the rooms, with the shampoo and conditioner in separate containers.
Annoying things: No bedside alarm clock; no plug for the bathroom sink (the water just flows out); no suitcase stand in the closet.
Some things to know: The two major restaurants are good but you have to go to reception to make reservations and they must be made before 2pm on the same day, and you cannot reserve for future days. One trivial thing is that they do not provide steak knives with a steak meal - you have to request them!
The lounge chairs on the beach do not have umbrellas set out ready, but all you need to do is ask the attendants to put one up for you.
They provide two full-size towels but the towel exchange places close at 4pm each day, so be aware of that.
