Many other international carriers also serve the airport and visitors arrive on the ferries from the mainland or the neighboring island of Útila. BUT all these tourists want ONE thing on this 37 mile long island - to go to West Bay Beach - and you are already in the center! You can stroll along the beach and visit other nearby resorts, explore their restaurants and bars - or jump into the resort's water taxi for the quick 10 min ride over to West End where you'll find even more things to do and see.

Parking is available at the resort, but a rental car is really not necessary. We use a local driver/guide who can meet you inside the airport, load your bags, stop at the liquor store for you to stock up for $40+tip (total/NOT per person). Let us know if you would like this option which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Infinity Bay water taxi motor launch (boat) at the private dock can run you to West End (10 minutes) for shopping, restaurants, several small grocery stores, sightseeing and activities - and will return to pick you up whenever you would like. There are also other water taxis available on the beach that will take you many places, or the front desk can call a regular taxi/van to take you anywhere on the island (large grocery store in Coxen Hole for ~$25, day long island tour for ~$100, etc.) Many tour operators (zip lines, etc.) also pickup right at the front lobby of the resort.

The 24-hr attentive and friendly English speaking resort staff will tend to all your needs.

The room had black mold. Water was dripping from the a/c on the floor and walls. The floor was wet and damaged. I contacted the owner for a new room and they refused to reimburse me or get a new room. His response was to contact front desk to fix and if I want a new room it was on me! Absolutely terrible experience and would never rent from again. I personally own rentals and would never have a tenant stay in a room with mold for any reason or liability. I have pictures to show the mold and where the maintenance was trying to clean. I want reimbursed for my new accommodation. This is my first experience with VRBO and not a good one! I would like a prompt response in this matter. Thank You!

Absolutely stunning

This entire property is gorgeous and beautifully updated! The room was perfect with a huge bathroom and shower (love the rainfall shower!) and we enjoyed the giant patio for evening rest. The bed was truly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The location was the best part though; right off of the reef and on a perfect beach, right next to great restaurants and shopping. We never had an issue getting a lounger at the beach or the pool, and the restaurants were both great. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. There’s a definite island vibe of friendliness that flows through the entire resort. Five stars for a great value (we looked at the kimpton next door but for almost 3x the price I honestly don’t feel like there was anything there we were missing at Infinity Bay.) and we cannot wait to visit again

My husband and I reserved this unit for a family member who joined us the last week of our stay in Bruce's larger unit right next door.This unit is perfect for a single person or a couple. It is comfortable and clean with everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable. It has a small fridge, tv, etc. along with its own private balcony. The location is perfect, as you don't have to go far to get to the beach, pool or restaurant. Bruce is a great host and does an amazing job of keeping both of his units comfortable and up to date. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay. It's in building 1 right on the beach. It's a studio so it's small but all we use a room for is to sleep anyway so it was fine. The bed is huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was included with the room and we took advantage of it every morning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Second Trip

We were rained out 1.5 yrs ago but this past week was fantastic. The pool, the location, the staff friendliness and service, and the ease of snorkeling access make Infinity Bay the best place to be in Roatan!

Excellent location, property in general becoming aged.

I've stayed at Infinity Bay many times over the years. It's definitely in need of updating\repair, in general. In some places it's obvious this is being done, and in others they just band-aid and leave it (sandbags, pipes, broken tiles, etc.). As for this unit specifically, the location is great and it works well for the amount of time you spend in the room (hopefully, just to sleep!). However, the AC and ventilation did nothing to remove the moisture from the room. The bathroom fan did nothing as far as sucking out moisture which after a long day of diving and a hot shower... just made the moisture in the room even worse. Granted we visited during rainy season, the AC should still do something to take out moisture. Everything felt wet, the velour chairs at the end of the bed literally felt wet and would damp your butt if you sat on them. All my clothing was damp when I got home. It just made what little time we spent in the room uncomfortable but luckily that was very little. If that situation was fixed, the room would be perfect. The bed is comfy, the shower nice, and location right by the beach and la palapa, perfect.

First time visit to Roatan

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Infinity Bay. The grounds were fantastic and the condo was neat and clean. Everyone that works at Infinity Bay was super friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was great with many selections. The Bar / Grill was also fantastic. We will definitely return!!

Comfortable Stay

This room was perfect for my husband & I. We don’t spend much time in the room, but when we did it had everything we needed & the bed was super comfortable. The shower also had great water pressure which we have rarely had at Infinity Bay. I would definitely book this room again.

We had an amazing time on our first trip to Roatan! The location is fantastic, with great snorkeling right off the beach. So many good restaurants within walking distance. 10 minute water taxi to west end is a plus. The ONLY negative about our stay was the horrible mattress in our room. Woke up w a sore neck everyday!

This one room, updated, very comfortable place is a very good bargain at Infinity Bay! The bed is very comfortable and well appointed with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The patio is very nice as well.

Resort was very nice under construction so could only use one pool. Condo we stayed in had a bad floor jobe was heaved up. In spots almost 2 inches. Should have gotten some kind of refund. For out stay otherwise it was beautiful to be at that end of island almost paradise.

Minor bumps but not with VRBO booking

Check in took a little while longer than past times but very friendly staff. Got to my room around 5:30 and room hadn’t been cleaned from past guest. Called front desk and went to the lobby to wait for it to be cleaned. Just over an hour later my room was ready. Later in my stay I left my key in my room, went to front desk and was made a new key, didn’t work so came back and got a third key. Housekeeping was not consistent through my stay. No biggie, sometimes I had no washcloths, sometimes no coffee refill. No big issues just wanted to share to help in the future. I would book through this listing again for sure.
