The property is located very well as it’s centrally located on the beach. There are a few things that could be better such as renting a regular room and the size of that room is very small with little to no storage for your personal items. For the money I don’t think this place is priced well. You could gr into the Kimpton for the same price and have much more room. The plumbing is not very good and draining of the shower is not good at all. I had to move rooms because of this issue and our second room had the same issue so your bathroom will have water outside of the shower. Throwing toilet paper in the waste basket isn’t sanitary. All in all this isn’t a bad location but for the price it could be better managed

Amazing Resort and staff. A pure Oasis in the heart of paradise. Located on Roatan’s best beach but designed so you can leave the beach and within feet you are in pure serenity. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Would highly recommend. Thanks Tyron.

The Arca was an amazing boutique property. Everything is immaculately kept and the staff is amazing (and I rarely say this but you definitely noticed people like Ezra taking good care of guests). Everything is also exactly as pictured, the pool area was a nice retreat on many afternoons. Overall a 5 out of 5 for the hotel, the only caveat that the location can lead it to be less relaxing than expected (although on quiet days it was amazing and again it just depends on you preferences). Just check the cruise ship itinerary ahead of time depending on your own preferences!

This is a smaller property, kept in pristine condition daily. It is on a beautiful beach and staffed by very friendly staff. Accommodations, location and staff were all amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful place, would strongly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip to paradise. Great food at restaurant onsite as well.

A Perfect Paradise – Stunning Beach, Incredible Staff, and Delicious Food! Our stay at Arca Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful, relaxing resort features 16 well-appointed suites and is set on one of the most breathtaking beaches I’ve ever seen. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the incredible staff. A special shout-out to Nash, who greeted us with the biggest smile and made a fantastic first impression. She was informative and kind as she walked us around the property and to our room. Mario is a nonstop worker—always raking, sweeping, and keeping the grounds immaculate from morning until night. Unlike other resorts where groundskeepers seem to disappear, Mario is constantly making sure everything looks pristine. Mainer, our bartender, kept the drinks flowing and made sure we were always taken care of. Chef Kevin prepared an unforgettable meal with our fresh catch of the day, and Tevin was an exceptional waiter who never missed an order. Near the end of our stay, we met Olive, who, like Nash, had an infectious smile and a genuine willingness to help. We also have to mention the security officer, who went above and beyond to make those who were uneasy about traveling abroad feel comfortable. He was always attentive, reassuring, and happy to answer any questions we had. And the food—wow! Every meal was delicious, but I have to say, the steamed vegetables and chicken tenders were surprisingly out of this world.
