Das Haus ist super eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Sauber und gepflegt. Schöner Garten und alles sehr sauber. Das einzige was man vielleicht ändern sollte, ist die Heizung oder Elektronik im Schrank des einen Zimmers. Diese brummt durchgehend. Was ein bisschen nervig ist. Ansonsten gerne wieder!

Wir haben Weihnachten 2024 mit 7 Personen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Der "Check-in" verlief problemlos, das Haus war sehr sauber und alles in allem gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich.Dazu ist es wirklich gut isoliert, der Kaminofen erzeugte eine wohlige Wärme, so dass wir mit wenig Holz auskamen.Die Schlafzimmer scheinen zwar alle zwei große Schränke zu haben, das erste hat jedoch nur einen, der zweite Schrank ist für die Aufbewahrung der Reinigungsutensilien, im den Schränken im Nachbarzimmer befinden sich die Wärmepumpe und die Warmwasseraufbereitung. Wir nutzten dieses Zimmer als Einzelzimmer, so dass man auf dem zweiten Bett "aus dem Kofferleben" konnte.Die Schlafplätze im Spitzbogen sind unseres Erachtens nicht wirklich nutzbar, wir haben diese aber auch weder eingeplant, noch gebraucht.Der Billard-/Tischtennisraum hat uns viele angenehme Stunden beschert (auch wenn die Billard-Queues und Tischtennisschläger durch die viele Nutzung verschiedenster Gäste offensichtlich etwas leiden).Die Sauna und den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, können daher keine Bewertung über die Funktionalität treffen.Fazit:Ein gelungener Urlaub, für uns (5 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendliche, 1 Kind)war das Haus perfekt!

Abfluss großes Bad stinkt und Abfluss Waschbecken der Küche verstopft. Der Ofen in der Sauna sorgte nicht für anständiges Sauna-Klima. Haus hat starke Gebrauchsspuren, es funktionierte aber soweit alles. Für den Preis hatten wir schon bessere Häuser.

Schones Ferienhaus für mittelgroße Gruppe

Wir waren wohl die ersten Kunden nach der "Corona Pause". Dennoch hätten wir leere Mülleimer und halbwegs saubere Toiletten erwartet. Immerhin haben wir einen Nachlass auf die Abschlagszahlung am Ende erhalten. Davon abgesehen war das Ferienhaus jedoch echt ein netter Ort für eine mittelgroße Gruppe zum Urlauben. In der Nähe direkt Läden zum Einkaufen, Restaurants und eine Fahrradvermietung. Im Haus selber hat man alles, was man braucht. Genügend Geschirr, eine Küche, Waschmaschine usw. . Lediglich der Weg zum Haus selber ist leider nicht asphaltiert und von daher je nach Größe der Löcher und dem vorhandenen Auto eher ungemütlich. Wir würden wieder kommen, wahrscheinlich wären einige der Probleme in einer "Nach Corina Zeit" besser.

Super Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung war super. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Für jedes Bedürfnis war etwas vorhanden. Auch an regnerischen Tagen ist uns durch den Billiardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte nicht langweilig geworden ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht

Schönes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider hatten wir wirklich sehr viele Spinnen im Haus. Aber die Größe und Ausstattung waren für zwei Familien mit je einem Kind perfekt. Auch das Schwimmbad zu dem man kostenlosen Zugang hat ist an schlechten Tagen eine super Alternative für groß und klein.
