Expected more

I was expecting the hotel to be more updated. Whilst the room was ok, it had a strange smell. The safe wasnt working as the betteries and the lid from the back had come off. I expected the safe to be bolted but instead, the engineer just pulled the safe and got me another one from another room. Breakfastwas very limited and disnt look fresh at all. It looked as if they heated up most of it instead of making it fresh in the morning. The gym was falling apart and the whole area looked as of it hadn't been finished. I got on the treadmill that was working but they were not good. The equipment is quite old and REALLY needs attention or need to be replaced. Aside from that, the 2 times i spoke to reception, they were attentive, smiling and helpful.

Good location with restaurants near by

The location is good in terms of restuarants and a mall close by. This area is mostly busy in terms of traffic, so getting to this area in the evening is longer. The room was very spacious. I had a problem with the AC whcih was rectified on complaint. Generally I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice location!!!

Location is very near the Kingdom Tower and an acessness is very nice. Safe security in nighttime as well as many aspects near the hotel.
