Very impressed with the hotel room and cleanliness. The shower is incredible, one of the best I have ever encountered. Staff really friendly. For entertainment would perhaps suggest adding a YouTube or Netflix account for international travellers.

Permitted to sleep when notified after flight!

The hotel staff were very attentive and made certain that I had everything that I needed. The tranquility of the Palace in the evening was perfect - despite the hotel renovations being done. Care was taken to be certain that noise was kept to an absolute minimum. Thank the staff profusely for their kindness! I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!
