60 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a Creole villa, warm and well ventilated, at the top of a dull, magnificent view of the plain of Lamentin.

Independent entrance on the ground floor, with large shaded terrace overlooking the plain of Lamentin.

Quiet location very well located to quickly reach different points of the island;
5 minutes from several shops in Rivière Salée and 10 minutes from the beach.

The apartment has a closed air-conditioned room (bed of 160), a very well equipped open kitchen with a sofa bed (140 cm comfort) and an Italian shower room with toilet.
The bedding is very comfortable and there is nothing missing!

Très bon séjour, location agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Magali et jean Emmanuel, disponible et discrets. Agréable location propre, grande terrasse, belle vue. Quartier résidentiel, rivière salée est idéalement située pour visiter le sud de l île. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Séjour du 1 au 13 mars 2020

Située en haut d'un morne, la maison offre une vue spectaculaire au Sud sur le rocher du Diamant et au Nord sur la vallée avec la Montagne Pelée en toile de fond. Le quartier est tranquille et sécuritaire. Accueil très chaleureux de Magali qui est toujours disponible pour vous renseigner et vous rendre service. Tout est planifié pour rendre votre séjour agréable. À notre arrivée un repas complet nous attendais ainsi que le nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille de rhum était à notre disposition. C'est le troisième endroit ou nous séjournons en Martinique et c'est de loin le meilleur, tout critères confondus. Si vous planifiez un séjour en Martinique, n'hésitez pas à réserver avec Magali. Nous recommandons chaleureusement. Solange et Jean-François

Une hôte qui sait recevoir!

Ravis de notre séjour chez Magali qui fait tout pour vous être agréable. Très gentil le petit repas qui nous attendait dans le frigo à notre arrivée, après 9h d'avion on n'a pas envie de ressortir pour faire les courses ou trouver un restaurant et le petit déjeuner était aussi prévu ainsi qu'une boisson locale (!) La maison est très bien pourvue en produits d'entretien. Magali à pensé à tout. Notre regret est de ne pas être restés assez longtemps pour terminer son fameux punch coco. La situation géographique est idéale pour rejoindre les plages de Sainte-Luce (gros-Raisin, Pont Café, Corps de Garde) qui sont pour nous les plus agréables. N'y allez pas les yeux fermés, car vous rateriez la vue sur la plaine du Lamentin! Nous avons fait plusieurs séjours en Martinique, donc des locations différentes, celle-ci est vraiment bien pourvue en matériel. Merci Magali pour votre gentillesse et votre bonne humeur.

Pur bonheur

Confort, tranquilité et accueil hors pair , voilà le résumé de notre séjour de 3 semaines chez Magali dans sa location en rez de jardin. Venant régulièrement en Martinique, c'est la première fois que nous trouvons une location aussi bien équipée, entretenue et propre. Nous n' avons qu'une envie : y revenir. A très bientôt.

Parfait!!!

Un accueil digne de ce nom, Magali est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport avec de l'eau et des serviettes fraîches, un vrai repas était prêt dans le frigo (et quel repas!!!), des fruits et même la bouteille de rhum!!!! (rare!!) La location correspond exactement à la description, il ne manque rien, la vue de la terrasse est bien plaisante. Cependant il y a deux points négatifs: les coupures d'eau et la mauvaise réception de la télé mais Magali n'y est en aucun cas responsable et cela ne gâche pas les vacances. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Magali avec qui nous n'avons pas pu discuter assez dû à son absence et à qui nous souhaitons un très bon rétablissement. Ne changez rien tout est parfait!!!!! location spacieuse très bien équipée et très propre. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin à l'arrivée dans une location saisonnière (dîner, petit déjeuner, produits de toilette, épices, lessives fruits etc...) est prévu et c'est très appréciable et rare. Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à l'accueil chaleureux, à la gentillesse et à la disponibilité de Magali qui sait faire partager son amour pour la Martinique. Lieu de séjour idéal pour découvrir le sud de la Martinique

Nous conseillons

Tout a été conforme à la description et même plus. Il y a eu un vrai repas à notre arrivée et pas de vulgaires sandwichs. Il y a des jouets de plage pour les enfants, parasol, ballon et autres glacières. Bref, il n'y a pas à surcharger les valises et du coup, cela vous laissera plus de place pour ramener des cadeaux au retour. La maison est bien située en plein milieu de l'île et sa vue est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires se plient en 4 pour vous. Toujours de bon conseils, ils vous indiquerons les meilleurs endroits à visiter. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu.
