Your survey forces 5 stars. The place was clean but could have been clearer(Playroom). It was advertised as TV Bedrooms, the master bedroom TV did not work and there was no TV in the fourth bedroom.Advised of beehive in front yard tree and we saw a few roaches inside of the home.Overall my sisters and I made the best of the home and enjoyed ourselves.

Nice home away-from-home

Spacious open-concept great room. Kitchen is great for cooking/baking. Main suite is separate from other bedrooms. TV's in every room! Fun arcade type game room is a nice extra.

AMAZING STAY!

The host are very responsive and are happy to help with any questions and needs. I just wanted to say thank you for the stay on behalf of our group it was such a great time we loved the vibes of the house. If your looking for a get away to get out of the day to day this place is a zen house and offers alot for the guest to stay entertained. We went to dowtown riverside for the holidsy vibes and other places in the area and the stores were all so close by too we loved it there. The TVs were modern and nice as well which were much apreciated. We really apreciate the amentaties/privacy/ and beautiful home Would def. book again!

Cute Home w/Minor Issues

Visited Riverside for a work event and home was nice and closely located to the event space. Home was nice on the inside offering all of the noted amenities. We ran into a slight issue with the master bedroom shower where the cold and hot temp were installed opposite of each other. So, to my surprise when I took a shower in the morning, I immediately thought it to be a water heater issue and took a cold shower since I had to get ready for the day. The property manager did send a plumber out to fix but they ended up just telling me the installation was incorrect and all you have to do is turn the shower on towards "C" to get hot. Also (very unprofessional) but the plumber entered the house unannounced when my team and I were getting ready for the evening to leave for the event. We are an all girls team and there was a strange man all of the sudden in our living room. Another issue was the heating system. At night it got quite chilly and the heat turned on but system turned to cold around 7am. So, we'd go to bed comfortable but wake up freezing. Overall, these were minor issues and I do recommend to stay. Hope the owner fixes these issues for future guests.
