Relájese y disfrute de su estancia, donde el sol se funde en el Caribe cada noche. Villa Bella es una de 2 dormitorios, de nueva construcción, 2 baños construida con todas las actualizaciones. Situado en la cima de la colina, se puede disfrutar de sus días en el patio de gran tamaño, con impresionantes vistas a la playa de Maria y Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Villa Bella ofrece privacidad y comodidad. La unidad dispone de aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones también. Decoradas con comodidad en mente; disfrutar de un televisor de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y conexión inalámbrica a internet. Sillas de playa, ropa de cama y toallas.
Aquí es donde quieres estar, a poca distancia de la Reserva Marina Tres Palmas y spots de surf. A sólo 5 minutos a pie de espectaculares playas tropicales. El snorkeling es impresionante en Pasos a la playa ubicado en Tres Palmas Marine Reserve con algunos de los mejores estrecha Elk Horn Coral en una isla en el mundo (según el investigador de NOAA que ha estado siguiendo durante más de 15 años!). La vida del mar es increíble. El invierno trae grandes olas y finales de diciembre hasta mediados de marzo, que sólo podría tener ballenas jorobadas justo en frente de la casa !! Sus días estarán llenos de buceo, caminatas por la playa, surf, pesca, parasailing y observación de ballenas en la temporada de invierno. Está a cinco minutos a pie por a la playa de María donde se pueden alquilar tablas de surf, salón en las sillas de playa.

Staying at Villa Bella was the best choice of our trip. A 5 min walk to Maria's surfing break with several other breaks very close by. Rentals available right at the water for reasonable rates. The surfing is great for beginners when the report says 2-3', great for intermediates at 3-5' and above that, great for those who really know what they're doing. The space is the first floor apartment of an incredible property. The apartment opens up onto a stone veranda that looks over the surfing break - you can decide if the conditions are good while drinking your morning coffee.The space is clean and the layout is great if you have a couple kids. One bedroom for the adults with a queen sized comfortable bed. The kids sleep on bunk beds. The pull out couch is available too. TV has all the normal channels/streaming options. Kitchen is appointed fairly well, but if you really like to cook, you might want to bring some nonstick pans. There is a grill outside which works well (and overlooks the mountainous region - stunning).Highly recommend, we will return.

Owner very responsive when air conditioning not working. Actually replaced entire unit. Great location cinveniuto town and walk to playa maria. Bunk bed not usable due to noise from upper bunk but owner working on it.

Great View

This was our first stay in the Rincon area. It was a difficult property to find in the dark, this may have been partly because of our lack of knowledge about the area but even our cab driver was confused. The view is spectacular and the property is spacious. After hearing about the lack of hot water at other places we were very pleased to not have an issue with hot water. One thing that could definitely be improved would be comfort. The bed, couch and pillows were really really uncomfortable and there was lounge seating outside to take in the beautiful view.

Amazing views

We stayed at Ensenada in February. The property was perfect. Beautiful views and centrally located to the best places in Rincon. We ate at the Beach House multiple times which is right below Ensenada. Very private, updated, and clean. Plenty of space for a family. Peter, the owner, was accommodating and easily accessible. The only suggestion I have was for the location on the map be updated to reflect the accurate location. We will be back!!

Beatiful stay! We'll definitely look to book this place first the next time we are visiting PR. The unit was clean and the view amazing. About 7 min drive to swimming beach (Sandy Beach East, don't go to the west beach, its too rocky to swim). The Beach House restaurant at the bottom of the hill has amazing food and drinks, and a beautiful view. The owner was extremely quick with responses. 10/10.

Amazing getaway

Our stay at Villa Bella was a wonderful experience. The view was breathtaking! Apartment was clean. Water from shower was cold and had low pressure at times, but having lived in the island for many years, you get used to that. Rincon is a great, small town with many hidden gems. Looking forward to coming back.

If you are looking for one of the most amazing views in Rincon, this is your place. Everything was as advertised except the water pressure was very low and the air conditioning didn’t work in the kitchen. Besides that we had a great time and Peter was very at tentative to our requests.

Amazing view, relaxing retreat!

Unbeatable views of sea and surf from this apartment on the ground floor of a grand home, high up on a hill. This comfortable apartment was near-ideal for a tropical getaway for my husband and me. We’re big fans of the laid-back vibe in Rincon, and this proved to be a terrific spot! We doubt there’s a better location in town to watch the surfers catch waves, take in a sunset, or maybe even glimpse a whale spouting in the distance. At night you can hear the happy sounds of the surf and the coqui if you leave the window open. I’m an allergy sufferer (allergic to dust mites and mold) and the ability to either let the breezes flow through the windows or use the air conditioning was key to my being able to relax on the vacation. I was comfortable even during the one stormy day we had. We also really enjoyed the option of walking to The Beach House very nearby at the bottom of the (steep) hill to grab a bite. While the house has 2 bedrooms, one is a master and the second has a full-size bunk bed setup. This worked fine for the two of us as we didn’t need the bunk bed room. Be aware that driving up the hill Is quite steep. You’ll want to go slowly and carefully to avoid the occasional pedestrian or friendly wandering kitty. Also useful to know: The bed in the master is quite firm. The mattress sits on a slatted base, so this isn’t a cushiony type of bed. Also hot water for the shower was something we experienced only in a short burst or two during our entire stay. Not a deal-breaker for us because the cold water from the tap isn’t truly cold—you’re in Rincon and the weather is warm. Thank you for a super stay in an unforgettable spot. We were extremely happy and hope to return!

This location is incredible! Only thing lacking would be an endless pool looking over the beautiful views. We were there for the beach time and sunsets, and we’re not disappointed.

Gorgeous in every way

This is a beautiful home with unbelievable views; the mountains behind, the ocean in front, and a breathtaking sky above. With the lights off the view of the stars from the awesome outdoor space is incredible. Beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen and baths are slam dunk. Everything you could want, it's there. Relaxing and beautiful. The owner was warm and friendly and the property manager was also friendly, helpful and responsive. LOVE this space.
