The Happy Turtle Loft is an open floor plan apartment located on the second floor of The Beach Pad. This corner unit has windows with gorgeous views of the lush, green scenery. Enjoy the private balcony where you can hear the ocean, have coffee and see if the surf is up while sitting at your outdoor cafe table. Birds will serenade you in the morning and coquis will greet you every night!

The Beach Pad is the only property in the Sandy Beach area that has solar and a commercial grade generator, 2 backup sources of power, in an effort to ensure our guests’ comfort during the frequent power outages in Puntas.

Girls Trip

I visited this property with my two best girl friends. We found the location to be absolutely perfect! It was quiet with a short walk to Sandy Beach. The place is small but the large patio made up for it. The property would be great for a large group if you rented out the other units! My only complaint would be that it was lacking in dishware but we made due with what we had.

Best place to stay in Rincon

We stayed in the Happy Turtle at the Beach Pad and LOVED it. I don’t think you can find a better rental in Rincon. The property is in a perfect location and is beautifully decorated. Everything felt new and worked great. It runs on solar so no risk of losing power. Overall this was one of our favorite places that we stayed in Puerto Rico and if we ever return to Rincon we would definitely book this again. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely had the best time at the beach pad! Walking distance to so many fun attractions and the beach. The back porch and rooftop was great. My husband and I stayed in the Happy Turtle room and our friends rented the Surf House. The hosts really thought of everything you might need: yoga mats, coffee, electric burner for cooking, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The check in/out process was really easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location! Great bird watching!

Great location, beautiful and clean studio apartment. The owners were wonderful and make the check in process very easy. Just make sure you read the directions they email you. :) The Beach Pad has a generator and solar panels so we never lost A/C, electricity and always had a warm shower. I was a little concerned about the noise level as we are close to a hotel/bar but we heard nothing. It was very quiet. My favorite part was of the Happy Turtle Studio apartment was watching the birds and lizards off our balcony deck. It was very serene.

If you looking to stay in Rincon Punta for a reasonable price, this is a great place. It is a very close walk to the beach and all the restaurants. And the owners are very responsive.

Escape to Paradise

Hands down the best 'staycation' we've had! The Beach Pad is very peaceful, clean and the location is great- walking distance to one of the best beaches in Rincón, and many restaurants and gift shops. Beds and amenities are excellent, almost new. The views- breathtaking! The property is very well taken care of, and you can see how much love and effort is put into it since the moment you arrive. Alan is excellent, very friendly and responded very quickly to any doubts we had. We can't wait to come back! We found our new favorite place in Rincón.

Sanctuary in Rincon

What an amazing property! Steps away from a beautiful beach with easy access to restaurants and the rest of the town, the Happy Turtle Loft was ideal for our stay. After surfing and swimming all day, we were able to come back to this cozy and clean apartment to unwind and relax. The Loft comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. While it's across the street and next door to some excellent bars, we spent a couple of our nights indoors watching Netflix movies, it's just so hard to leave! Next time we return to Rincon, we will be staying here again!

Perfect experience
