Little gem

Great little hotel. Pleasant experience. Staff friendly. Comfortable & clean rooms. Breakfast v good...the lady serving couldn't have been more helpful. Loved her coffees.

Clean room with delicious breakfast

The hairdryer was broken and didn't work at all. Though tactful with guests, some of the staff at the front desk were not very well-behaved. The breakfast was good with fruits, yogurt, cereals, bread, cakes, juice, and tea and coffee including cappuccino. This hotel was close to the beach and there were many restaurants and shops, including a supermarket, in the vicinity. The hotel was about 20 minutes walk away from the Rimini railway station.

Nice hotel smart and simple

We stayed here as we came to Italy for the MotoGP this hotel ticked all the boxes for our requirements ! Located in a nice quite part of town but not far from restaurants and bars. All in all a great little hotel !

Multi city Italian trip

Quick overnight, this room served it's purpose...Computer in lobby would never connect to internet...something was wrong so you could never get online to purchase tickets that were needed much less print out anything..Wifi was terrible, could not use phones to purchase what we needed hence having to go downstairs to use lobby computer

Excellent location

Close to beautiful white sandy beach, plenty of places to eat and drink. Hotel staff happy to help, and very pleasant, I would recommend to my family & friends. Special thank's to Oana the hotels receptionist.

Had to Leave the Hotel

When we first arrived, the assigned hotel room was hot. We had to ask for the A/C to be put on. It took about three hours for the room to cool down to an acceptable temperature. The hotel proprietor had a disturbed tone to her voice when we informed her we were not happy with the A/C performance. Although it was functioning, we were sweating. Then, we asked for towels to use for the beach and she said we could use the room towels, but we would have to use the same towels for the night and following morning. She added that we could buy beach towels from the Marrochinis who are the beach vendors deriving from Africa. At that point, we decided to leave the hotel after only one night's stay. My wife and I felt that we were disrespected, mistreated, and disserviced. Consequently, we would like to ask for our money back on the two nights we did not use at this hotel. No one goes on vacation to feel uncomfortable at a hotel.

Excellent hotel a few minutes from beach

Every aspect of this hotel is top of the line. Location excellent. On sight secured parking. Staff excellent. Excellent restaurant attached. Rooms and toilettes excellent. Breakfast excellent. Definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Great hotel service

The hotel is very clean in the central part of the marina,very close to the beach. Wi-Fi works well. Highly recommend and will for sure come back there!

Great Hotel, Staff could be a little nicer

The hotel was nice and in a great location, it would have got a 5 but there was one receptionist that was not very friendly. Breakfast is expensive as well. Overall was a great place.
