It is in the old town and a good location. The check in was super. The apartment big and airy, but.. The floor in the kitchen was broken, the dishwasher did not work, the equipment in the kitchen was poor, there were no towel to dry the dishes when we had to do it by hand, the coach was dirty, there was a bucket in one bedroom cause to leekage from the celing and signs from leeking in the other bedroom, the heating system needed to be aired and made a lot of noice, there was a lot of dust in the heaters and in the bathroom.

Really central location and generally clean rooms and wash spaces. In few spots it was visible that last renevation was already some time ago. Only real minus was that local channels in telly didnā€™t work.

Very close to Riga central market. My mistake for not checking. The apartment did not have air-conditioning. But they brought extra fan. The sofa bed was hard to sleep and the huge windows did not have curtain and was so bright and messed up our sleep.

Super location. The heating system did not work so the apartment was very cold. We were 7 people but there was only 5 chairs and only a small table. The beds was old and not very good. Next time we visit Riga we will find a different place to stay in the old town.

We got the location last minute and it was 10 minutes away from the destination in the booking. Not a simple check in process. The apartment was extremly hot and noisy due to the traffic outside. No shower gel, schampoo or conditioner. Only a very cheap hand soap. We will not stay here again.

Ideal location Good communication Cleanliness questionable, wasnā€™t sure if apartment had been cleaned prior to arrival-two towels dumped on top of washing machine so not sure if clean or not so had to wash and dry prior to use. Bin in bathroom and kitchen were full and smelt because of used nappies in them. Sink strainer had food debris in it and the floor was dirty. Shame because it had everything that we needed for the weekend at a good price

One of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable stays Iā€™ve ever been to. The pictures are deceiving, the place felt like we were in a detention facility. It smelled like pee. There were only 2 beds for 4 people. (Twin size beds). Cockroaches and mosquitos in the living room. We had to leave after 5 the first night. We couldnā€™t wait to get out. The place had no AC, and no air circulation in any of the rooms. We were thrilled to change hotels once the owner of the property provided us with a refund and Expedia kindly shifted us to another room.

A few lovely days in Riga.

The flat was not actually in the Old Town as advertised but in fact we were very pleased as it was a nice quiet location and we since heard that places in the Old Town can be very noisy at night. We enjoyed being near the lovely parks also and other restaurant districts and some useful shops.

Location was unacceptable! We were placed in an apartment that WAS NOT what we booked! It was not in the old town. We were on a bus route, tram route,very busy road, railroad line, both freight and passenger! Constantly VERY NOISY! Apartment was dirty, dirty. Broken and missing fixtures, DONā€™T STAY WITH THIS PLACE!!! We were not met by proprietor,and did not see her at any time during our stay, not surprised, as they would have heard what we thought face to face!

Lovely place

Apartment is located super good. It's so easy to walk everywhere (parks, old town, riverside etc). Loved the design of the place and specially a small eating area in the corner of the building/apartment where you can have a view to 3 sides. Host was so attentive and nice too! Loved the way they presented the info how to find the right doors (with pictures). Would definitely stay there again. Only downside can be the noise during a night at least in summertime. So in case you're not a heavy sleeper, you might face some obstacles to sleep well.
