The manager (black woman) was very rude and nasty. She claimed that my room was dirty and made me leave the premises two days early. I only had two bags of trash which was neatly tied up and crumbs on the floor. All of the workers do not speak English and is lazy as hell.

The entire location is sketchy and not the safest feeling property. I was looking for a convenient place to rest for the night. When I arrived in the parking lot I knew that I had made a terrible hotel choice. It’s 10pm now, and I'm seriously considering trying to find another hotel.

I did a review on 8/16 but I forgot to add that I checked out the room 15 minutes after I got in. I know I lost money by not staying the whole time and for only be there for that short of a time but I rather stay in my car where I have working locks on the door then this room with no working locks. The only good thing is the air conditioner was jumping😂 and it was cool in the room🙏

There was no ice machine on property. The room was clean but did not have a hairdryer, iron or ironing board lighting was bad in the room and no dresser to put your clothes in. Back of door was unpainted. Manager was nice and helped me with the T.V. as I was having trouble with it.

This is another property in this area that is infestated with bed bugs. I checked in and as I was ready for bed I saw a huge bed bug just walking on the night stand, when I I told front desk they did not care and did not want to issue a refound, this place is dirty and lacks professional service.

When I arrived, check in was smooth. However, I opened my door, and my room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff cleaned it quickly, and they missed some dirty towels and cooked ramen in the sink. I was willing to forgive that given they rushed. I later came back to the room, and I noticed water from a leak on the floor, roaches, AND DIRTY BEDDING. I mean stained pillows, red-brown mystery streaks with hair on the sheets, and dog hair all over the blanket. No housekeeping staff were around to help fix it. I didn’t care about the weed smoke in the lobby. I spent a terrible night here not sleeping and checked out a day early. I’ve never had a bad stay at a Red Roof Inn before. The hotel looked clean and cared for in the photos and reviews. I felt like I’d been catfished by the hotel. I thought Expedia was trustworthy. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. Do not stay here.

At check in I was asked how many adults were in my party. There were 2 adults and 2 kids (as I declared on the registration). When the A/C broke the desk clerk asked why there were 4 people in the room, as if I'd lied to them. It was very unprofessional. When he determined he was unable to fix the A/C at midnight he asked if we wanted to check out and he had no other rooms available. He then stated he had one room, which was one double bed, for 4 people, I don't think so. Then he took my husband to the office and magically found another room for us. So at midnight we packed and moved with 2 young kids. It was very inconvenient and we were not offered anything to make up for the issues.
