Sand Dollar is situated in a quiet residential area with a private driveway leading to pedestrian access and a lane that goes to Rhosneigr village high street. Enter into a bright hallway that leads to a large formal dining room with seating for 10 guests. The country-style kitchen, fully equipped and spacious, is the centrepiece of the ground floor, perfect for socialising while preparing meals. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the beautiful, enclosed garden, ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and connects to a large shower room. The ground floor also includes two super-king bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a twin bedroom with patio doors to the garden. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, sink, and toilet completes the downstairs facilities.
The first floor features a spacious living room designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a flat-screen TV and a juliette balcony offering beautiful views of the Llyn Peninsula. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an additional small shower room. The second floor is dedicated to kids, featuring a spacious bedroom with three single beds, perfect for play and privacy.
Sand Dollar boasts a private, enclosed garden with ample lawn space, perfect for children and pets to play. The garden includes a patio dining area, a charcoal BBQ, and an open summer house with lockable storage. Overall a great location and a nice spacious house. The drive into the parking area at the front of the house needs a lot of tidying up. First impression one of the toilets was stained but we managed to clean it up after buying some bleach/toilet cleaner. The position of the house is great near everything, beaches, shops, bars, etc. The garden was ideal for our dogs. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

The property was a clean, warm and welcoming environment. Plenty of parking space.
The interior was clean and fresh with crisp white bed linen. The kitchen would have benefited from a more thorough clean and some of the ground floor walls had been damaged and looked a little rough around the edges. It was noted by one of the guests that no water jugs were supplied in the kitchen equipment. One the whole a lovely stay & would recommend.

If we had one criticism it was that the internal door handles are difficult to use and we had to rescue some of our party who had doors close on them when they were unable to open the door themselves.
