Nestled in the serene countryside just outside the town of Rethymno, the villa harmoniously blends modern comfort with traditional Cretan architecture, incorporating elegant wood and stone elements throughout.



Designed with a two-level layout, the villa offers a welcoming and well-equipped space for a memorable stay. On the upper floor, guests are greeted by a stylish open-plan living and dining area, complete with satellite TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with the latest appliances. This level also includes a cozy double bedroom and a contemporary shower/WC.



A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom. French doors in both rooms open directly to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area.

Fantastic hideaway

What a fantastic property and great host. We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful property. We were 4 adults (2couples) and explored the island from there or had a lazy day by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and we had breakfast there every morning. The Next taverna is a short drive down the road - lovely family atmosphere and basic but fantastic local food. Definitely recommend. Our host spoilt us with fruit from his garden and much more. Thank you for such a great service.

Geweldige vakantie gehad

Wat hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad met ons gezin bestaande uit ouders, dochters en echtgenoten. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Sifis kwam iedere dag vroeg in de ochtend even langs voor het zwembad en andere werkzaamheden. Wat een aardige man die het graag iedereen naar de zin wil maken. Schoonmaak en verschoning ook prima in orde. Tussendoor en bij het weggaan verwend met attenties uit de streek. Complimenten!!

Wundervolle Villa die in Erinnerung bleibt!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Villa. Die Bilder vermitteln exakt das Angebot welches man vor Ort erwartet, ohne böse Überraschungen. Der Ausblick ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Bilder sind nicht ganz aktuell, da an der Sitzecke vor der Treppe noch ein Sonnenschutz angebracht wurde. Alles in allem fehlt es im Garten weder an Sonne noch an Schatten. Das Besondere an der Unterkunft ist allerdings nicht nur das Haus an sich, sondern auch der herzliche und sympathische Besitzer trägt dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Er kam jeden Morgen, um den Pool zu säubern und die Terrasse zu kehren und bietet dazu alle vier Tage eine Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten an. Wir haben den lieben Besitzer schnell in unser Herz geschlossen und er hat uns tolle Tipps für Strände, frisches Obst und am letzten Tag ein kleines Present aus Raki und selbst gemachtem Olivenöl zum Abschied & als Dank geschenkt. Es ist viel zu schade nicht noch einmal in diese tolle Unterkunft zu kommen und bedanken und von Herzen für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit schönen Erinnerungen bei dem Besitzer Sifis! Bis hoffentlich ganz bald & ganz liebe Grüße von Alexi, Fabian, Anna, Angelina, Philipp & Navina
