Merkwürdiges Geschäftsgebaren

Die Lage des Hauses ist schön und zum Wandern gut geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Gemütliche Sitzgruppen im Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schlafzimmer groß und hell, Betten bequem. Die Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand. Für Kinder ist das Haus nicht so gut geeignet, es steht im Wohnzimmer zu viel Dekoratives (inklusive einem riesigen Elchkopf) herum. Die Gartenmöbel waren wenig ansprechend, der Gartentisch war aus Kunststoff, sehr schmutzig und teilweise zerbrochen. Es gab auch keine Tischdecke dazu. Wir konnten ihn zum Essen nicht benutzen. Den Grill mussten wir vor der Benutzung erst reinigen. Der Empfang durch die Concierge war wenig einladend.Wir mussten zunächst vor der Haustür die Kaution bezahlen, erst dann wurde uns der Code für das Schlüsselkästchen mitgeteilt. Sie begleitete uns nicht in das Haus, um uns einzuweisen. So mussten wir uns einiges selbst zusammen suchen, z.B die Polsterauflagen für die Gartenmöbel. Die Kaution haben wir mehr als 14 Tage nach der Abreise noch nicht zurückerhalten, ein sehr merkwürdiges Geschäftgebaren.Insgesamt war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Eine Nachricht über das Kontaktformular wurde nicht beantwortet, von BelVilla habe ich dann die Tel.-Nr. für eine WhatsApp erhalten. Eine Anfrage wegen eines möglichen früheren Check-Ins wurde sehr unfreundlich abgelehnt. Ich akzeptiere das, aber das geht auch freundlich. Habe nun wegen der Kaution eine Nachricht gesendet, noch keine Antwort!

Logement spacieux et bien situé

Le logement était bien spacieux, au calme, proche de promenades et de choses à visiter. Idéal pour un groupe. Globalement propre (quelques taches de dentifrices présentes dans lavabo d'une des chambres), quelques prises et luminaires défectueux. Attention entre propriétaire et agence Belvilla, certains points ne sont pas en accord (cf paiement caution en espèce ou par carte de banque). Je trouve aussi TRES TRES long que le propriétaire garde la caution et ne la restitue que jusqu'à 14 jours après le séjour, pour moi, ce n'est pas normal de garder autant de temps l'argent, si le lieu est ok, la caution doit pouvoir être restituée directement (le seul délai acceptable est les 3 jours ouvrables de paiement entre banques). Pour moi, c'est une clause du contrat à revoir

ruim 10 persoonshuisje

Mooi groot huis met genoeg ruimte voor 10 personen. bedden waren goed. vanaf de middag heb je zon in de achtertuin waar je lekker kunt zitten helaas hadden wij geen zon. Alleen jammer dat je echt pas om 18.00 uur in mag checken ook al is de buurvrouw al ruim van te voren aanwezig.
