Remodeled fully equipped kitchen New cabinets, backsplash, sink, faucets and granite counter tops Remodeled bathrooms. 2025 New 48" TV. 2023 New mattresses and box springs. 2023 new remote-control binds. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.
